The Hannover Messe 2013 focuses on the theme Integrated Industry from the 8th until the 12th of April 2013. With nearly 5,000 exhibitors and more than 180,000 visitors, the Hannover Messe is the worldwide largest fair for capital goods. Industrial automation, energy and materials are just a few topics as part of the yearly held Hannover Messe leading fairs. This year´s partner country is Russia.
With the leading theme of Integrated Industry, the Hannover Messe follows a trend among experts who look at the progressive crosslinking of all industry areas as conditions for something not less than the "fourth industrial revolution". After the steam engine, mass production and automation, there will be a progress now in the production and logistics. At the Hannover Messe 2013, the consequences of this development for safety, efficiency and resource conservation will be present in all areas.
Innovations in the process automation will be presented at the leading fair for Industrial Automation. Therefore, true to this year´s motto of the Hannover Messe, integrated automation processes, embedded systems and smart production are in the foreground. In addition to the Hannover Messe, a significant fairground for automation, information technology and engineering, among others, is the China International Industrial Fair (CIIF) Shanghai. At the International Industrial Fair in Shanghai, about 2,000 exhibitors and almost 120,000 visitors are expected from the 5th until the 9th of November 2013.
